Buenas tardes chicas! Ahora que ya todos hemos vuelto a la rutina es hora de hacer un poco de deporte; no solo para sentirnos bien con nosotros mismos y vernos bien sino también porque es bueno para nuestra salud. Al principio, a mi no me hacía mucha gracia hacer deporte, fuese lo que fuese, no me gustaba pero cuando probé por mi cuenta fue otra cosa. Antes iba al gimnasio como casi todos pero llegó un momento en el que me aburrí y decidí hacerlo todo al aire libre o en casa. Las veces que no salgo hago "Zumba" y las veces que sí salgo es a caminar a paso ligero y tal vez al final, abdominales o sentadillas, lo típico.

Las veces que salgo obviamente quiero ir mona, como a todas nos gusta (así le damos menos importancia a nuestra cara sudada y de zombie hahaha). Para ello, hay que saber elegir la ropa perfecta y os recomiendo mucho la tienda SportZone, tienen muchas marcas y mucha variedad de prendas/ calzado/ complementos. Yo me he enamorado de las prendas y calzado de color salmón, lo que os muestro arriba. Espero que entréis en la página y os enamoréis como yo hahha

Hello girls! Now that we have all returned to the routine, it's time to do some sport; not only to feel good about ourselves and look good but also because it's good for our health. At first, I did not like so much do sport, whatever it was - I did not like it, but when I tried on my own I felt it better. Before, I went to the gym like many people but there came a time when I got bored and decided to do all outdoors or at home. The times I did not go out, I do "Zumba" and when I go out, I do "brisk walking" and perhaps in the end, crunches or squats.

The times that I go out, I obviously want to go pretty, like we all love (in that way, we give it less importance to our sweaty and zombie face hahaha). For this, we must know how to choose the perfect clothes and I recommend you SportZone, they have many brands and lots of variety of clothing/ footwear/ accessories.
